Bayshore Townhouse

Nestled in the center of a five-unit row of townhomes on Tampa's famed Bayshore Boulevard, lies the Bayshore Townhouse

project. Tasked with the challenge of demolishing the existing unit and constructing a new space within tight constraints, a fellow architectural designer and I spearheaded the production of the construction documents. Our collaborative effort with the owners

and our in-house interior design team focused on infusing contemporary Parisian influences into the design while respecting the

existing conditions and shared side walls with neighboring units. Our planning cumulated in the creation of a sophisticated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit that is to start construction this year.
