The Lodge 30A is a harmonious blend of coastal charm and architectural craftsmanship, nestled in Seagrove Beach's Greenway Station. Set against the backdrop of pristine beaches and enveloped by verdant greenery and meandering pathways, it boasts modern comforts and amenities, offering a serene haven amidst natural splendor.
My role at The Lodge 30A focused on construction administration. I ensured the seamless realization of our vision through diligent site visits and active participation in OAC meetings. Responding to RFIs, I provided clarifications and revisions, facilitating clear communication.
As the project neared completion, I conducted thorough walkthroughs and created and managed the punch list to address discrepancies. I also designed the monument signs that stand at the hotel's entrance, adding a subtle touch of distinction to the hotel's entrance.
