Located in Seagrove Beach, Greenway Station has developed into a dynamic mix of buildings, including a hotel and four additional shell buildings, offering rentable space for diverse dining, retail, and leisure activities. The buildings are designed to host a variety of tenants, including a cafe, a wine shop, an ice cream parlor, restaurants, a butcher shop, clothing stores and boutiques, alongside amenities like bike and paddleboard rentals and an art gallery.
As a construction administrator for the shell buildings, I ensured the realization of our design vision, overseeing both exterior construction and interior tenant spaces. Independently managing several of these tenant improvement projects, I collaborated with plumbing, electrical, and mechanical engineers to develop comprehensive construction documents tailored to each tenant's requirements.
From concept to completion, I worked to ensure each space reflects the unique character of its occupants, offering visitors an immersive experience in the vibrant Greenway Station community along the Florida coastline.
